01 · The space

A Banksy-inspired experience

We wanted to create a conference that truly represented the brand. We were able to gain access to the Greene St. Kitchen room at the Palms Casino. The space that once held a Banksy drove the creative direction of the conference.

02

Designing the experience

We designed the experience to be equal parts education and immersion activities, scheduling them intentionally around key discussions and meetings.

Outcomes

Making sure the customer doesn’t have to think once they reach the hotel pays off in the room. Sales engineers get direct time with key customers; customers who feel looked after are receptive to new ideas and new relationships.
